Highly Recommend! Robert and his team helped us sell 4 new construction houses in a Bluffton neighborhood all within 16 days of being on the market. They hosted open houses everyday to bring in traffic and his marketing was incredible! As a nationwide builder it was a unique circumstance to hire an outside real estate brokerage to help us finish selling the neighborhood, but they got it done as promised! We read information about having a realtor represent your interest since the sales team in a 55+ community represents the community not you. We are very happy we did. Robert was very knowledgeable about our home and community. When we were not able to reach the sales staff he would assist and helped us stay informed.
