remember the past
Since 2014
The first office location opened in Bluffton SC in January of 2021. But our story does not begin there. Our Founder – Broker in Charge Robert Moul began his real estate journey in 2014 with an idea to change the industry. Real Estate is antiquated with cumbersome paperwork and outdated technology. His goal was to make the process easier and more tech friendly. In 2018, he obtained his SC Broker License and began studying / planning to branch out on his own. He was a top producing real estate agent Nationwide for a larger franchised organization and the next step to him was ownership with total control. And so so in 2021, Moul, REALTORS® came into existence.

bluffton location
The first phase was a renovation to the office building in downtown Bluffton. With a much more modern color palette and signage installation, the building began to shine! We hired award winning Kelly Caron Designs to tackle the furniture and interior design on the inside for a super functional space. Now, it was time to build the Team.

Robert understands how critical it is to select the right members for the Team. He understands that in the business of real estate a distinguished image is important, and that image will not only attract clients, but also will attract agents and help to build a strong, solid, professional team. That’s why you will never see him without a suit, tie and pocket square – his unique brand from the beginning in this sub-tropical destination with Summer days often hovering in the 100s and humidity levels off the charts. When asked why, Robert responded, “You should be able to easily identify who the professional real estate agent is when people are out looking at property. It’s easy to dress down, but our clients deserve the professional image to match the exceptional service.”
