Our Heroes Program is designed to reward Heroes for their hard work, dedication and sacrifices. Our program goes beyond the standard 10% military discounts to include more Heroes and a larger rebate program!
How Does it Work?
It’s Simple. If you qualify and buy or sell a property with a Moul, REALTORS® eligible agent, you can earn up to 25% of our commission as a rebate at closing! Use toward your closing costs and prepaids when buying! Or save on your listing side commission when selling!

Lender restrictions apply by law if using a mortgage – depending on the type of loan there are limits to the total amount you can receive. The rebate amount is also limited by how much the seller contributes towards your closing costs and prepaids. On a new construction home, seller contributions from the builder include price adjustment incentives, and closing cost incentives. For example, VA Loans are MAX 4% of the purchase price for seller contributions and Conventional Loans are typically 3% of the purchase price.
