I launched Moul, REALTORS® with a soft-opening in January of 2021. After working with another franchised brokerage for 7 years, my dream to own my own brokerage was finally happening! I was super excited and ecstatic to share my passion for Real Estate with the Lowcountry.
For the first months, I worked extensively to build the systems and tools that we needed to succeed. Lots of hours and time was spent away from my wife Sandra and Son Robbie immersed in the startup of the business.
We had our official Grand Opening Ribbon cutting ceremony on April 23, 2021.
In March, I was joined by Saida Razmetova as the brokerage’s Transaction Coordinator (really my startup partner) as she was instrumental in helping to establish a proper system for getting our listings and contracts to the closing table. With her help of managing our transactions, I could have more time to service our clients, recruit new team members and further improve the business. I want to thank Saida for all of her help!
Then in May, Yuri Kennedy came onboard! Yuri worked with a larger Franchised brokerage before joining Moul, REALTORS and has doubled his business! Thanks for trusting in the Moul, REALTORS Program!
Then we had more agents join the Team! Makayla, Chris and Julie!
Christine Carter joined as our new Transaction Coordinator after Saida transitioned back into full time Sales. She spends that quality 1-on-1 time with our clients guiding them to their closing day!
